About the show : An abstract exploration of nature and technology, featuring works derived from intricate scans of natural elements and imaginary worlds created in 3D . Experience dreamy visuals that transport you into a sweet, digital garden. These works, brought into physical and gallery settings, hope to create a sense of escapism, inviting you to immerse yourself in a serene yet eerie dystopic natural world.
Lydia Pourmand is a, queer mixed Iranian -English interdisciplinary designer currently residing on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. Lydia seamlessly merges design with technology, drawing from a diverse background that includes motion design, gaming, AR, blockchain, immersive installations, and entertainment. Dedicated to creating with purpose and working with intention, Lydia is committed to using her skills to unite art and technology for the collective benefit of her communities. They actively stand against exploitative practices within this intersection, striving to make a positive impact through her work.
